Daily salad healthier food is recommended by nutritionists, this is an example as we eat lettuce, olives, raisins, tomato, onion, pepper, eggs, beets, carrots, peas, grated cheese, parsley, spinach flavored with olive oil, pink or white vinegar.

Ensalada diaria es la comida mas saludable recomendada por los nutricionistas, esta es un ejemplo como la debemos consumir: lechuga, olivas, uvas pasas, tomate, cebolla, pimenton, huevo, remolacha, zanahoria, alverjas, queso rallado, perejil, garbanzo,espinacas aderezada con aceite de oliva, vinagre blanco or rosado.
